The Creative Cloud desktop app displays a black screen at sign-in.
Solutions
Solution 1
- Quit Creative Cloud in Task Manager (Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, Start Task Manager ).
- Delete the OPM.db file from C:\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\.
- Right-Click on "Creative Cloud.exe".
- Select "Properties".
- Select "Compatibility" tab.
- Check "Run in 256 colors" and click "Apply".
- Start Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
- Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Remove the check for "Run in 256 colors" from "Compatiliblity" tab under "Properties".
- Start the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Solution 2
1. Start the computer with "Safe mode with networking"

2. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app and validate.
3. Restart the computer.
