When you publish or update a folio using either the Folio Producer or the Content Bundler, publishing stops at less than 100%. Or, the publishing fails in some other way. The folio sometimes appears to complete the publishing function, but is not complete when tested in your app.
- When you are satisfied that the folio is as expected while in the Private state, perform an update on the folio. Change the status from Private to Public.
Note: If you are using the Folio Producer (web client) to change the status from Private to Public, make sure to deselect the "Update Content" checkbox.

Adobe is working to understand the root cause of this issue and hopes to address this issue in a future update.
