After you purchase and install Photoshop Elements from the Mac App Store, the product is in German instead of English.
When you install Photoshop Elements from the Mac App Store, it can be in English, French, German, or Japanese. A setting in the OS System Preferences is passed to Photoshop Elements to determine the language used.
