The Export option is unavailable (that is, dimmed) on the File menu in Adobe Premiere Elements.
Use the Share panel to export your project from Adobe Premiere Elements. The Share feature allows you to export to the web, to disc, or to a rendered video file on your hard disk.
The Export option on the File menu is only used to export Titles. Some third-party export plug-ins enable the Export option.
