Find a serial number

All educational software is priced at discounted rates for students, teachers, and institutions. Submit proof of eligibility so that the order is fulfilled.

Step 1: Did you check your box for an insert?

• The serial number for these orders is not inside the box. It is emailed to you separately after the proof of eligibility is verified.
• The box has an insert that contains an alphanumeric code and a link to upload your proof of eligibility to obtain a serial number.

Step 2: Did you enter the right URL as on the box and upload your proof of eligibility?

To speed up the serial number process, ensure that you update your details on the correct link as mentioned on the box.

• After submiting the required documents, an email is sent stating that Adobe is reviewing the submitted documents.
  
• The review process takes between 24-48 hours.
• If the documents submitted are valid, the order is fulfilled the serial numbers are emailed to you.

Step 2: Did you enter the right URL as on the box and upload your proof of eligibility?

Submit your proof of eligibility through the Adobe Customer Support Portal for your region: Europe, Middle East, AfricaGermanyFranceSpain | Italy |Netherlands | Czech Republic | Poland | Asia/Pacific | Korea.

• After submitting the required documents, an email is sent stating that Adobe is reviewing the documents.
• The review process takes between 24-48 hours.
• If the documents submitted are valid, the order is fulfilled the serial numbers emailed to you. These serial numbers are also automatically registered on your Adobe account. Log in to your account at Adobe.com and follow the steps listed below:

After signing in to your Adobe account, go to "My Products and Services".	A list of products you bought appears. Click the arrow in the left column.
Step 3
The serial number for that product will be displayed.

• If the documents submitted are not valid, you receive an email with details on why they are not valid and what else you can submit.
