Error 10:10 is displayed while trying to view PDF in Internet Explorer using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader plug-in
While viewing a PDF in Internet Explorer using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader plug-in, the following error message is displayed: "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (10:10)".
Workaround: Enable the protected mode in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader

In the Categories list on the left, select Security (Enhanced).

In the Sandbox Protections section, select Enable Protected Mode At Startup, and then click OK.
