Overview

primesign is located in Graz, Austria, and is part of the CRYPTAS Group.  primesign has been an eIDAS certified qualified trust service provider (QTSP) since July 2016.

primesign offers a fully remote onboarding service for the issuance of signing certificates via primesign MOBILE. The identity verification of applicants is done online and performed either via video identification or based on an existing electronic identity (eID). primesign also supports identity verification via the Austrian mobile phone signature (Handy-Signatur).

Using the Cloud Signature Consortium open standard, primesign offers the following signing certificates that work with Adobe Acrobat Sign cloud signatures:
