Premiere mobile includes a library of free transitions and effects, such as light leaks, shakes, zooms, and glitches, that help you add style and motion to your stories. You can quickly insert transitions between clips or apply effects to individual footage for extra creative flair.
Select a clip in the timeline.
Tap Effects in the toolbar.
Browse and apply effects to enhance your shot.
Drag the Intensity slider left or right to decrease or increase how strongly the effect is applied to the clip.
