Change the aspect ratio of clips

Open your project in Premiere.

In the bottom toolbar, scroll through the options from right to left and tap the Aspect ratio icon.

Change the aspect ratio from the top toolbar to quickly adapt your video for different screens and platforms.

Choose the ratio you want, such as 9:16, 16:9, 4:3, 3:4, 1:1, 4:5, 3:2, 2:3, or 5:4.

The clip updates instantly to match the selected aspect ratio. For clips that don't match the project's aspect ratio, the background is automatically filled with solid black.

Open your project in Premiere on iPhone.
