Know how to configure the Dispatcher to load balance the traffic on the clustered AEM servers installed as a part of Adobe Connect Events solution.
To load balance the traffic on the clustered AEM servers installed as a part of Adobe Connect Events solution, you can use a Dispatcher.

For the load balancing purpose, follow the Dispatcher configuration instructions until Defining Page Renderers section at Configuring Dispatcher.

To configure the AEM instance to use the Dispatcher, follow the Setting up AEM User Accounts section.

Edit the custom.ini file of Adobe Connect installation to update the following attributes. Use https instead of http if you have configured SSL.
- Set the value of AEM_AUTHOR_SERVER parameter as http://[author_dispatcher_URL]:[author_dispatcher_port].
- Set the value of AEM_PUBLISH_SERVER parameter as http://[publish_dispatcher_URL]:[publish_dispatcher_port].

The AEM_PUBLISH_SERVER parameter was previously named CQ_PUBLISH_SERVER.

Restart Adobe Connect servers and Dispatchers.
