Resolve the issue where the Start workspace in Photoshop appears blank.
Issue
Photoshop displays a blank Start workspace. The title bar may show the following string:

Solution
- Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller.
- Reinstall the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app. Download it here.
- Sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Start Photoshop.
