More Share for Review capabilities
Learn to navigate directly to the Share for review dialog box in Photoshop. Use any of the popularly used formats like JPEG or TIFF without re-saving to a supported format.
Choosing Share for Review over Invite to edit
Now you can select the blue Share button in your Photoshop application and view the Share for Review dialog.
Before creating a review link today, users must make multiple decisions upon clickng on the Share button – should they create a review or invite to edit? what should the name be? What about access permissions? All of these contribute to potential barriers to actually converting and creating a review link.
The goal is to reduce these barriers and simplify the steps needed before creating a review. There are 2 epics to support this: (1) introducing onboarding and (2) from the blue Share button, prioritize Share for Review over Invite to Edit. This epic supports the latter and does not require the onboarding epic as a prerequisite. Designs, however, assume both epics present for reference.
Overview
When a user clicks on the blue Share button, they are immediately presented with the Share for Review dialog. Scenarios vary depending on if first time user, if user has shared already, etc.
See details in user stories and designs.
Improved Share button menu
Use the improved Share button to navigate to the dialog box and create an easy-to-share review link.
What remains the same? Accessing Invite to edit through a link in the dialog and navigating to the Share button from the File menu.
More file formats supported
Share a review link of your creative work in any of these popularly used formats without needing to re-save to a supported format - PNG, JPG, PDF, TIFF, PSD, PSDC, and PSB.

Other enhancements and changes
Get faster and improved app performance with better object detection and object refinement. And, snap your app windows on your Windows machine in the main app.
With the latest update in the Share for review workflow in Photoshop, you can control access to your public review links by setting a password all the while ensuring greater collaboration and feedback sharing. This ensures that non-invited users can access your file only if they enter the correct password.
You can go ahead and modify the password any time after it's been set or remove the password requirement altogether.
Another feature enhancement in the Share for review workflow is that while creating a review link to share with others, even if you close the dialog while the link generation is in progress, you'll get alerted when either the link is successfully generated or the process fails.
