The functions listed below are added in the 2021 release of Adobe ColdFusion.

Function	Description
InitSAMLAuthRequest	Initiates the login process with the IDP.
GetSAMLAuthRequest	Returns a representation of what the XML Authorization request looks like.
ProcessSAMLResponse	Verify the integrity of the SAML response from the server.
InitSAMLLogoutRequest	Initiates the logout process with IDP.
GetSAMLLogoutRequest	Returns a representation of what the XML logout request looks like.
isSamlLogoutResponse	Returns TRUE if it is a SAML logout response.
SendSAMLLogoutResponse	This function sends the response back to the IDP.
ProcessSAMLLogoutRequest	Once the request is received, this function returns a struct with the values- (NAMEID, NAMEIDFORMAT, NAMEIDQUALIFIER, NAMEIDSPQUALIFIER, SESSIONINDEX).
GenerateSAMLSPMetadata	This function creates the metadata for SAML Service Provider.
