When installing the Creative Cloud desktop application, you receive the following error:
Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Adobe Creative Cloud from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.
Solution 1: Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, and then reinstall it
Solution 2: Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool
Solution 3: Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using an administrator account
Create a new local user account with administrator privileges, and log in using that account. Then download and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.
