When you log in to Adobe Creative Cloud through the Creative Cloud desktop app, you receive the following error:
"Access Denied. You are not eligible to use Creative Cloud services due to the Service Eligibility Requirements."
Update your Adobe ID. Your Adobe ID wasn't fully updated or is missing required information, such as your date of birth.
- Log in to http://www.adobe.com.
- Enter your date of birth when prompted.
- Click Update.
If you entered a birth date that doesn't meet the age requirements, wait for 24 hours and then you can enter a new birth date.
