Your device must meet the minimum technical specifications outlined below to run and use Adobe Premiere Rush.

To install and use Adobe Premiere Rush, you need Windows 10 (v1709 or later), or macOS 10.13 or later.
Adobe Premiere Rush is not supported on Windows 7, Windows 8.x, Windows 10 (v1511 and v1607), or macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) and 10.12 (Sierra).
Upgrade your operating system
In order to take advantage of the latest operating system features and technologies, Adobe Premiere Rush requires macOS High Sierra (10.13) or later. If you're on an older version of Mac OS X, Apple provides a free update to macOS High Sierra (10.13).
In order to take advantage of the latest operating system features and technologies, Creative Cloud 2019 apps require Windows 10 Creators update (version 1703) or later. If you're on an older version, Microsoft provides a free update to the latest version of Windows 10.

The latest version of Creative Cloud apps does not support Windows 8.1. Microsoft discontinued mainstream support for Windows 8.1 in January 2018.
To take advantage of the latest features in the Creative Cloud 2019 apps, you'll need to upgrade your OS to a compatible version of Windows 10. If you're unable to upgrade to Windows 10 right now, you can continue to work with previous versions of Creative Cloud apps. However, you won't be able to use newly introduced apps, such as Premiere Rush or Adobe XD.
For upgrading options from Windows 8.1, contact Microsoft Support or your Microsoft reseller.
The latest versions of the Adobe video and audio tools require Windows 10 (version 1703 or later). Performance and stability are top priorities for all of our users. Running our apps on current version of the Windows 10 helps provide an optimal experience with our tools.
Mainstream support for Windows 7 support ended in 2015. For more information on Windows support, visit the Windows lifecycle fact sheet.

NVIDIA has publicly released windows ODE drivers that support the CUDA 9.2 SDK used in the latest release of Premiere Pro. This is not the Microsoft default driver, but you can download this driver directly from NVIDIA, Version 411.63 (of the 410 series drivers).

Poznámka:
Adobe Creative Cloud services are currently not supported in the 1.1 version of Premiere Rush in China. As a result, Premiere Rush will not be available in this region.
