- Shoot your sequence twice, with and without your moving subject.
- Import those background and foreground clips into After Effects.
- Go to Layer > New > Solid and use this to create a mask for the wheels or part of the footage you want to remove.
- Go to Window > Tracker and connect the anchor point of the solid to the wheels. In the Tracker panel click Track Motion.
