ArriRaw or MXF files may fail to import or show an importer error on certain Windows10 (build 1809) configurations when you first launch Premiere Pro after a new installation.

This issue has been seen when using Premiere Pro with systems having the following configurations:

Workaround

Close and restart Premiere Pro. You can also upgrade your Windows operating system to Windows10 (build 1903 or later) to completely resolve the issue.
