The Arc tool lets you create and modify arcs.

Select the Arc tool.
Drag on the artboard to draw an arc.
Double-click the Arc tool to open the Arc Segment Tools Options dialog box. Customize the Arc tool's Length X-Axis, Length Y-Axis, Type, Base Along, Slope, and Fill Arc settings.
