Allow recipients to download individual files

Overview

The Download individual documents feature exposes the option for recipients to download an agreement's base documents as individual files (during viewing or signing an agreement).

This is different than the Download PDF option, which downloads one PDF containing all of the combined files (enabled by default).

Availability:

This control is available for Acrobat Sign Solutions license plans.

Configuration scope:

This control can be enabled at the account and group levels.

How it's used

Once enabled, the option to download the agreement's individual files is available for any recipient viewing the agreement.

If disabled, the option isn't available in the recipient's menu of options.

Note:

This feature does not impact the recipient's option to download the PDF.

Configuration

The controls for this feature can be accessed by navigating to Account Settings > Global Settings > Download individual documents
