Learn about the impact of applying Content Credentials to your work using Adobe Content Authenticity (Beta).
- Content Credentials are attached directly to your content files.
- An invisible watermark is applied to your content, making it readable by the Adobe Content Authenticity (Beta) Chrome browser extension, even on websites that don’t yet support Content Credentials.

- Your content is digitally fingerprinted with a small thumbnail stored in Adobe’s public Content Credentials cloud. This ensures recovery even if Content Credentials are removed or the content is captured in a screenshot.

- Signed versions of your files are downloaded to your device, ready to be shared. You can always use these versions to view or recover the attached Content Credentials.
