From the Windows taskbar and select File Explorer.
In the address bar, enter the following file path: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp, and press Enter.
When the Temp folder opens, select Search Temp in the upper-right corner of the File Explorer window, and enter amt3.log.
Right-click the amt3.log file and select Open with > Notepad.
Read the log line by line. Lines that describe an error or failure indicate a problem with the launch process.
Each line is a new entry in the log file and indicates am action taken by AMT.
Note down the error and search for a solution from Adobe. You can use only the error code, if available, for the search.
