Delete the following RoboHelp for Word templates from /Appdata/Microsoft/Templates:
- hlp2doc.dot
- Hpj2doc.dot
- hpj2docm.dot
- RoboDocs.dot
- RoboHP31.dot
- RoboRt31.dot
- RoboRtf..dot
- robohelp.dot
