About the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool
The Creative Cloud Cleaner tool removes files, folders, and registry keys that interfere with a new installation or update. It can fix most installation issues by cleaning up corrupted installations, removing or fixing corrupted files, and resolving permission issues in registry keys.
The Creative Cloud Cleaner tool doesn't uninstall applications. To uninstall an app, see Uninstall Creative Cloud products.

Reinstall after cleanup
Once the Cleaner tool completes successfully:
- Download Creative Cloud apps, or
- Deploy a package from Admin Console. See Deploy packages.
