Creative Partner Models Overview
“Creative Partner Models” are third party generative AI models that Adobe integrates into certain Adobe Creative Cloud Products and Services and makes available, subject to applicable license terms.

Creative Partner Model Supplemental Coverage
Eligible Generative AI Features
If your agreement with Adobe expressly includes a link to this page’s URL, then the following subset of Creative Partner Models are subject to the terms of the Creative Partner Model Supplemental Coverage PSLT as Eligible Generative AI Features1:
- Google (only image and video generation models), as described at the following webpage(s) (or successor page(s)): https://docs.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/generative-ai/docs/models
- OpenAI (only image and video generation models), as described at the following webpage(s) (or successor page(s)):

1 Excludes any features or models that are designated as beta, trial, preview, early access, evaluation or other words with similar meanings that indicate a pre-general availability (GA) release.
Note – Adobe does not guarantee access to the above listed models in its Products and Services.
Non-Adobe Trained Model Exclusions Under Creative Partner Model Supplemental Coverage
As stated in the Firefly Product Description, capabilities that Adobe may develop that are powered or provided by non-Adobe trained models are excluded from the there-referenced Firefly IP indemnification. For clarity, notwithstanding the Firefly Product Description, the non Adobe trained models listed above as Eligible Generative AI Features are covered under the Creative Partner Model Supplemental Coverage PSLT, subject to its terms and conditions.
Creative Partner Model Supplemental Coverage for Eligible Additional Licenses
If you are a current Creative Cloud Edition 4 w/ Premium Stock customer and your agreement with Adobe expressly includes a link to this page’s URL, then the terms of the Creative Partner Model Supplemental Coverage PSLT also apply to the Eligible Generative AI Features available in following paid licenses:
- Acrobat Studio, solely with respect to outputs generated by Eligible Generative AI Features available through the Adobe Express component
- Adobe Express & Adobe Firefly
- GenStudio, solely with respect to outputs generated by Eligible Generative AI Features available through the Adobe Express component
