What is Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker?
CX Enterprise Coworker provides access to CX Enterprise Coworker Chat. Coworker Chat provides agentic capabilities to help automate tasks and end to end workflows, across Adobe CX Enterprise and third-party systems, using natural language prompts in a conversational interface. Users can ask Coworker Chat to execute specific agentic actions with intelligent planning to help automate CXO tasks within Customer’s underlying CX Enterprise Products and Services.

Product Entitlements and Limitations
- Coworker Chat. Customer is entitled to use Coworker Chat as detailed here.
- License Dependency. Coworker Chat is intended to compliment Customer’s existing licenses to underlying CX Enterprise Products and Services. Customer must maintain a license to the applicable underlying Products and Services to maintain access to Coworker Chat. If Customer’s license to any underlying Products and Services expires or terminates, Customer’s access to Coworker Chat in context of such Products and Services may immediately terminate.
- AI Credits. Customer may use up to the number of AI Credits licensed in the applicable Sales Order for Coworker Chat Inputs. For a limited time only, AI Credits are consumed at a rate of 25 AI Credits per Input. This is an introductory AI Credit rate and is subject to change at any time.
- Generative AI Feature. Coworker Chat includes Generative AI Feature(s).
Definitions
AI Credit means a usage-based metric quantifying the execution of Inputs in Coworker Chat.
Generative AI Feature is defined in the Specific Licensing Terms for Adobe Generative Artificial Intelligence Features, available at https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms/enterprise-licensing/genai-ww.html.
