Entitlements

Each entitlement set forth below is measured per Adobe Marketo Qualifier Seat per calendar year, except where otherwise noted.

  1. Profiles. Customer may store and process up to the number of Profiles authorized in the Sales Order.
  2. Account Research. Customers may generate 5,000 accounts by Account Research.
  3. Profile Research. Customers may generate 5,000 prospect profiles by Profile Research.
  4. Personalized Emails. Customers are entitled to 25,000 personalized email drafts that are generated/assisted by AI.
  5. AI chat powered by Coworker Queries. Customers are entitled to 5,000 queries.
  6. Autonomous Reply Actions. Customers are entitled to 2,500 Autonomous Reply actions.
  7. AI credits for Adobe Marketo Qualifier. Customer’s entitlement of AI credits for use with the Adobe Marketo Qualifier entitlement will be based on Customer’s quantity of Profiles, as set forth below.

Scoping Parameters

  1. Customers shall have access to 50 Active Outbound Workflows per Seat.
  2. Customers shall be capable of 5000 Active Outbound Workflows per Tenant.

Performance Guardrails

  1. Frequency of Account Summary Updates. Account summary updates are refreshed once every 60 calendar days per account.
  2. Frequency of Profile Summary Updates. Profile summary updates are refreshed once every 60 calendar days per profile.
  3. Engagement Activity Poll Cadence. Engagement activity polls occur once every 7 days.
  4. Frequency of Outbound Workflow Evaluation. Outbound Workflow batch evaluations occur once per hour on a 24-hour cycle.
  5. Concurrent Agentic Actions. Customers may perform up to 5 concurrent agentic actions per Seat.

Static Limits

  1. Outbound Workflow Structure.
    1. The maximum prospects per Outbound Workflow Is 200.
    2. The maximum touchpoints per Outbound Workflow is 10.
  2. Mailbox and Email Send.
    1. The maximum amount of outbound emails per Seat per day is 500.
  3. CRM Plug-in and CRM Sync.
    1. The supported CRM platforms include Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
      1. Salesforce
        1. The maximum number of CRM requests per Tenant per day is 100,000.
        2. The maximum number of CRM requests per Salesforce user license per day is 1,000.
    2. Microsoft Dynamics 365
      1. The maximum number of CRM requests per Tenant per day is 500,000.
      2. The maximum number of CRM requests per Salesforce user license per day is 5,000.
  4. Size Limitations.
    1. The maximum size of any file uploaded into Adobe Marketo Qualifier is 50 MB.
    2. The maximum number of documents per upload request is 10 documents. The maximum total documents per Tenant is 1,000 documents.
    3. The maximum total Knowledge Center storage per tenant is 5 GB.
    4. The maximum number of documents returned per listing page at one time is 100 pages.
    5. The maximum number of document tags referenced per AI powered by Coworker query is 50.
    6. Adobe Marketo Qualifier supports the following document formats: PDF, .doc, .docx, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .html, .json, .md
    7. The maximum length of a query for AI powered by Coworker is 500 words.
  5. Data and Tenancy.
    1. The account summary cache remains valid for a maximum of 60 days.
    2. The profile summary cache remains valid for a maximum of 7 days.
    3. The Maximum Experience Events returned per profile summary is 15,000 events over 60 days.

Definitions

Account Research means an AI-generated executive summary of a business account, covering details which may include company overview, pain points, financial signals, hiring trends, recent news, and stakeholder map, which is written to the Customer's Tenant.

Add-on(s) means additional product related features that may be licensed by Customer as identified in the Sales Order.

Autonomous Reply means an AI-generated response to an inbound email reply received against an Outbound Workflow. Autonomous Replies are governed by Playbooks configured by the Customer and may take one of four actions: (1) reply; (2) hand off to the BDR; (3) stop reaching out; or (4) pause and resume later.

Business Development Representative means a Business Development Representative. Each BDR consumes one Marketo Qualifier Seat.

CRM Plugin means the Adobe Marketo Qualifier component embedded inside Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 record views, surfacing AI insights and enrollment actions without leaving the CRM.

Entitlements means usage limits that are strictly monitored and enforced by Adobe. Should Customer exceed an Entitlement, Customer may be obligated to pay overusage fees or license additional capacity.

Knowledge Center means the repository in which the Customer uploads its sales collateral (for example, ICPs, sales plays, battle cards, product catalogs) for use by Adobe Marketo Qualifier in researching accounts and email drafting.

Outbound Workflow means the central object of Adobe Marketo Qualifier which includes defining (a) a target audience, (b) a stated goal, and (c) a personalized multi-step email sequence executed by Adobe Marketo Qualifier on behalf of the BDR.

Performance Guardrails means usage limits that relate to the scoping of Customer’s proposed use case. Should Customer exceed a Performance Guardrail, Customer may experience performance degradation; Adobe will not be responsible for such performance degradation.

Playbook means a natural-language scenario handler attached to one or more Outbound Workflows. Each Playbook describes the scenario, examples and counter-examples, the action to take, and any configuration for that action.

Profile for Adobe Marketo Qualifier means a record of information representing an individual (including Directly Identifiable and Pseudonymous Profiles) as represented in the Profile Service. Data included in a Profile may include data related to the individual’s attributes, behavior, and segment membership. Profile volumes are determined based on the default deterministic Identity Graph included with Adobe Marketo Qualifier.

Profile Research means an AI-generated summary of a prospect's role, engagement history, and contact information, written to the Customer's tenant.

Prospect means an individual person enrolled into one or more Outbound Workflows.

Scoping Parameters means usage limits that relate to the scoping of Customer’s licensed use case. Should Customer exceed a Scoping Parameter, Adobe will work with Customer to remedy the issue leading to overusage. Should Customer persistently exceed a Scoping Parameter, Customer may be required to license additional capacity.

Static Limit means a usage limit that relates to the technical boundaries of Adobe Marketo Qualifier. Customer may not modify Static Limits.

Seat means one named BDR user account provisioned in the Customer's Adobe Marketo Qualifier deployment.

Tenant means a Customer-scoped instance of Adobe Marketo Qualifier, which is identified by one IMS Organization plus one Sandbox.

Touchpoint means one email step within an Outbound Workflow, associated with a generated prompt that drives per-prospect content.
