Entitlements:
- Collaboration Credits.
- Customer may use a total of up to the total number of Collaboration Credits licensed in the applicable Sales Order for any combination of Collaboration Activities listed in the Real-Time CDP Collaboration Credit Consumption Table below.
- If Customer’s use during the then-current 12-month period of the License Term exceeds the licensed Quantity (as detailed in the applicable Sales Order), Customer agrees to work with Adobe to re-scope and price Customer’s entitlement for the remainder of the License Term (the “Rescoped Entitlement”). Customer may negotiate within 30 days of receiving the Rescoped Entitlement ("Negotiation Period"). If Customer fails to negotiate during the Negotiation period, the Rescoped Entitlement will go into effect at the end of the Negotiation Period for the remainder of the License Term.
- Real-Time CDP Collaboration connection settings will clearly display Collaboration Credit split option(s) for applicable Collaboration Activities, which will identify (i) the Collaboration Activity that the Collaboration Credit split is available for and (ii) the option(s) for the Collaboration Credit split between Publisher and Advertiser for such Collaboration Activity. Unit prices for Collaboration Credits are detailed in Customer's applicable Sales Order, and the number of Collaboration Credits consumed for the applicable Collaboration Activity are detailed in the table below. Once both Customer and the other party (Advertiser or Publisher, as applicable) have accepted such Collaboration Credit split within Real-Time CDP Collaboration, Adobe may charge Customer the applicable number of Collaboration Credits for the Collaboration Activity based on such agreed-upon Collaboration Credit split and Customer’s designated role (Advertiser or Publisher, as applicable).
