Over the years, Adobe has delivered hundreds of new features and services to Creative Cloud, increasing value and enabling subscribers to access the latest product innovation as soon as it becomes available. Also, currency exchange rates have fluctuated significantly over the last few years. Like many US-based global companies, Adobe is making pricing adjustments in several countries to offset fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Existing customers will receive information about their subscription pricing directly from Adobe.
If you have a month-to-month plan, you will see the price increase on your statement at the next billing date. If you have an annual plan, the new price goes into effect at the end of your annual term.
We apologize for any confusion. Over the years, Adobe has delivered hundreds of new features and services to our products, increasing value and enabling subscribers to access the latest product innovation as soon as it becomes available. The renewal price quoted in the email you received includes:
- Price adjustments resulting from fluctuating foreign exchange rates.
- Any changes that would be made if you are coming to the end of a promotional pricing period and shifting to standard pricing.
- Any inclusions of tax.
Adobe sets pricing based on various factors, including market conditions, business costs, tax rates, and foreign exchange rates. Considering current exchange rates, we translate that pricing into more than 30 currencies. In some countries, we also collect tax on behalf of governments, which may be added to your final price as indicated on Adobe.com.
