Issue: Animate doesn't install on Mac OS
Animate 2014 doesn't install on Mac OS if the operating system language is set to Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), or Korean.
Solution
- Open the Creative Cloud application.
- Click the
button, and choose Preferences from the menu.
- In the Preferences dialog box, navigate to the Apps tab, and set the App Language to English (North America).
Piezīme.
You could choose any of the supported languages except for Chinese (Simple), Chinese (Traditional), or Korean.
- Reinstall Animate 2014.
