Auto-renewal means that your subscription will automatically renew each year on your annual subscription date until you cancel it. We will notify you as your 12-month renewal date is approaching and will advise you about any changes that may take effect.
- If you are an annual Creative Cloud subscriber (paid monthly or prepaid yearly), your contract will automatically renew on your annual renewal date.
- If you have a month-to-month plan, there is no auto-renewal. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. Learn more about how to cancel your plan.
The only way to turn off auto renewal before your 12-month renewal date is to cancel your subscription.
If you have a prepaid annual membership and cancel it, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.
If you cancel an annual membership (paid monthly), you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
If you cancel within 14 days of placing your order, you’ll be fully refunded and won’t incur any early termination fees.
