Change your Adobe plan

If you purchased from Adobe, learn how to change to a different plan or modify the storage or billing frequency of your current subscription.

How to change your Adobe plan or subscription

If you purchased your plan from Adobe, you can change it in your Adobe account page. If you purchased elsewhere, contact the store directly.

  1. Select Manage plan for the plan you want to change. 

    Select Manage plan.

  2. Select Change your plan.

    Select Change your plan.

  3. Find the plan you want to switch to, and then click Select this plan. 

    Choose the desired plan.

  4. Choose your billing frequency and storage option.

  5. Review the plan details, and then select Agree and subscribe (or Confirm) to change your plan.

    Review your choice and select Confirm.

What happens after you change your plan?

After you change your plan:

  • The existing plan is canceled, and you get the applicable refund for it.
  • The new plan is effective immediately, and you receive a charge for the new plan.
  • Your monthly billing date changes to the date you change your plan. 
  • For yearly plans, the new renewal date is one year after the date you change your plan. For example, if you change your plan on June 14, 2020, the new plan renews on June 14, 2021.
