When you attempt to launch an Adobe Creative Cloud application, you receive a message that says "Renew your subscription" even though your subscription is current.
Solution 1: Sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
Solution 2: Click the "License this Software" button.
1. Click "License this Software."
2. Verify that you have an active Internet connection. For more information on verifying your Internet connection, please see Sign-in, activation, or connection errors | CS5 and later.
3. Verify that your system clock is set to the correct time.
4. If this process fails, wait a few minutes and click the Try again button.
There are several reasons why this window can appear. Examples include: resetting your password, switching from one Creative Cloud subscription to another, or activating your software on more than the allowed number of machines.
