Unexpected error publishing Business Catalyst website

Read this topic to resolve errors that occur when you publish an Adobe Muse website using Business Catalyst.

Error occurs when publishing a Business Catalyst website

When you publish a website to Business Catalyst, you encounter the following error:

"An Unexpected Adobe Business Catalyst Error [0, 0] has occurred."

Solution 1: Create a different Windows Administrator account

Create an Administrator account for your Windows system, and then publishing your site to Business Catalyst using the new account. For more information, see Create a User Account.

Solution 2: Reset Internet Explorer

  1. Close Adobe Muse and open Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to tools and Select > Internet Options.
  3. Click the Advanced tab and the select RESET under Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
