The AI-powered Generative summary feature in the Adobe Scan for Android mobile app provides a clear overview of the document’s structure and content. It starts with a brief explanation of the document's main ideas. When you scan notes, reports, or research papers, the Generative summary extracts essential information and presents it clearly.

Select the Short on time? Try Generative summary banner from the preview of the document. An overview of the document is created with section headings and summaries.
TipYou can also select the More menu at the lower-right corner of the preview and select Generative summary from the list.

To view the sources behind each summary, select the reference numbers next to the summary sections.

To copy the summary, select Copy

To hear aloud the summary, select Read aloud
