Add a fill layer

Learn how to add a Solid color fill layer to your document.

Solid color fill layer fills the adjustment layer with the current foreground color. You can use the Color Picker to select a different fill color basis your requirements. Unlike adjustment layers, fill layers don't affect the layers underneath them.

Adjustment and fill layers have the same Opacity and Blend options as image layers. You can rearrange, delete, hide, and duplicate them just like image layers.
