 Additional information

Adobe recommends that you use the Add or Remove Programs list to remove Adobe RoboHelp 9 from your computer. Occasionally, damaged files or a partial installation prevent the RoboHelp uninstaller from working. These factors can also cause the installer to leave files or empty application folders on the system. Sometimes, the Adobe RoboHelp 9 entry is missing from the Add or Remove Programs list. Or, the installer displays only the Uninstall option when you try to install Adobe RoboHelp 9.

Manually removing the installed program ensures that all files and folders are removed.
