Elements Organizer quits unexpectedly
If your Elements Organizer 2024 application crashes, then please reinstall the application.
First uninstall the application and then reinstall it, this should resolve the issue.
Download the installer here:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Windows:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Go to Programs > Programs and Features.
- Locate Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 or Premiere Elements 2024 in the list of installed programs.
- Right-click on it and select Uninstall.
Mac:
- Open the Applications folder.
- Locate Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 or Premiere Elements 2024.
- Right-click (or Control-click) the app and select Move to Bin.

Download the Photoshop Elements 2024 Installer or Premiere Elements 2024 Installer from helpx.

Reinstall the Application
Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 or Premiere Elements 2024 installer.

Launch Elements Organizer
- Once the installation is complete, open Adobe Elements Organizer 2024.
- The application should now load correctly and function without crashing.
