About presentations in Adobe Acrobat

Ultima actualizare la 11 sept. 2026

Explore how the Generate presentation tool in Adobe Acrobat transforms prompts, files, and entire PDF Spaces into professional, visually engaging presentations in minutes.

The Generate presentation tool in Adobe Acrobat uses generative AI and Adobe Express design capabilities to turn your documents into structured, ready-to-edit presentations. Acrobat breaks down complex information into slides built around your content, so dense material becomes easier to follow and understand. You can review the key points as slides, refine the content to share, and collaborate with others.

How the tool works

The Generate presentation tool in Adobe Acrobat turns your documents into polished, ready-to-edit slides so you can grasp and present the key points. Start from your files, describe the presentation you want, and the tool generates a structured presentation with customizable styles and visuals. You can then edit and refine the presentation to focus on the information you need. Learn how to create an AI-powered presentation.

Individual and Teams users may see a new Generate presentation experience on web and desktop with a more conversational, chat-based way to generate presentations with AI. This new experience is currently available in worldwide English, with availability expanding over time to more users, languages, and surfaces. The previous experience remains available to Individual, Teams, and Enterprise users.  Check Generate presentations with a new experience to learn more.

  • Text prompts only: Set the audience, length, and structure to start from scratch. You can use up to 1,000 words.
  • File uploads: Upload your content in multiple formats, such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web links, and then describe the presentation you want to create. You can upload up to 10 documents (150 pages total).
