Remove marks with the Spot Healing Brush tool

Select the Spot Healing Brush (J) .

Use the Options bar to customize tool settings, like Size, Hardness, and Pressure, to get the effect you want. 

For smaller areas: Simply click the area you want to fix.

For larger areas: Click and drag to smooth over imperfections across the area you want to fix.
