In the Export dialog box, select a preset that most closely matches the settings you want.
Click Quick Export in the header bar and choose Export to export with the default preset. Select More Presets to open the Preset Manager if you want to view and manage all the available presets or create your custom preset. You can also access Preset Manager from the Export mode.
There are a few pre-installed system presets that are marked as Favorites by default such as:
A. Complete list of all presets B. All presets pre-installed with Premiere Pro C. Custom presets that you have created D. Displays the presets that are set as favorites in the list below E. Selected preset details F. Delete selected presets G. Import video preset files (*.epr) files H. Export selected presets to your system

In the Preset menu, select the preset that most closely matches the settings you want. Edit preset settings according to your requirements.
After making your changes, click Save preset.
Sort presets
Sort presets in ascending or descending order depending on format, frame size, category, or other parameters. Click each column header to sort presets.
Mark presets as favorites
Click the star next to a preset to favorite or unfavorite it. When a preset is marked as favorite, it displays in the Preset menu for access from Quick Export and Export mode.
Search and display presets
Display only your favorite presets, custom presets, system presets, or all of them at the same time. Use the Search field to filter the preset list by any criteria. For example, type "prores" to only view presets that export to the ProRes format.
Delete presets
Select a preset and click Delete at the bottom of the Preset Manager. Note: You can only delete custom presets.
You can bring your custom presets from one computer to another, or to an offline computer, by manually exporting them and then importing them. You can select multiple presets in the list by using Shift + click (Win) or Cmd/Ctrl + click (mac).

Presets created in Adobe Media Encoder are automatically added to the Preset Manager in Premiere Pro. However, you need to mark them as favorites for them to appear in the Preset menu.
