Select the add layer menu > Image layer. Then, select Add from Adobe Stock.

Note
You need at least two layers in the layers stack to use the Move up and Move down options.
Rearrange the layer using the following options:
- Move up : Move the selected layer upward in the layer stack.
- Move down : Move the selected layer downward in the layer stack.
Tip
Long press on the selected layer and drag it to a new position in the compact layer stack.
