On the Photoshop on Android homescreen, select Create new and browse for a photo.

Learn how to generate a short video from a still image in Adobe Photoshop on Android.
Select Image to video.
Select the Duration and Aspect ratio for the video.
Select the Camera styles to add movement or a visual effect to the video.
In the Prompt field, type an effective prompt to describe the motion or action you want to add to the image.
Select Generate to create the video.
Note
Once the video is generated, it opens in the Video preview dialog.
Select the checkmark to commit the change.
