On the Photoshop on mobile homescreen, select Create new and browse for a photo.

Learn how to use the Transform tool to rotate layers or flip them horizontally or vertically in Adobe Photoshop on mobile.
Select Layer properties > Transform.
Select one of the following flip options:
- Flip layer vertically: Reverses the layer upside down along the vertical axis.
- Flip layer horizontally: Mirrors the layer from left to right along the horizontal axis.
To rotate the layer, drag the handle of the bounding box in a circular motion.
Select the checkmark to apply the transformation.
