Twist and distort objects using the Warp tool

Select the object using the Selection   tool.

Select the Warp   tool or press Shift + R.

Double-click the Warp   tool to open the Warp Tool Options dialog box. Customize the Warp   tool's Width, Height, Angle, Intensity, Use Pressure Pen, Detail, and Simplify settings.
