The following patches are only for licensed on-premise Connect installations. These patch files are for Adobe Connect servers running Adobe Connect 9.0 and later. They are not full Connect installation packages. You can download the full Connect installer from your company's Adobe Licensing account (LWS) here.
Adobe Connect 12.1 patch is available for licensed (On-Prem) customers. The patch can be downloaded along with the deployment instructions here. NOTE: This patch should be installed on systems running Adobe Connect 12.0.
Adobe Connect 12.1.5 patch is available for licensed (On-Prem) customers. The patch can be downloaded along with the deployment instructions here. NOTE: This patch should be installed on systems running Adobe Connect 12.1.

Adobe Connect 12.3 patch is available for licensed (On-Prem) customers. The patch can be downloaded along with the deployment instructions here. NOTE: This patch should be installed on systems running Adobe Connect 12.2.

Adobe Connect 12.5 patch is available for licensed (On-Prem) customers. The patch needs to be downloaded in three parts.
The first part is for the Legacy Connect Cluster (LCC) deployment which can be downloaded here.
The second part is for the New Connect Cluster (NCC) deployment which can be downloaded here.
The third part is for the deployment instructions which can be downloaded here.

Adobe Connect 10.6.2a patch is available for licensed (On-Premise) customers. The patch can be downloaded along with the deployment instructions here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: 10.6.2a patch includes a fix for Break Out Room latency. This fix is not available in Adobe Connect 10.8. Customers that require this Break Out Room patch should not upgrade to Adobe Connect 10.8.
Adobe Connect 10.8 installer is available for licensed (On-Premise) customers only. The full installer can be downloaded from here.
The Adobe Connect 9 UV patch is only for Adobe Connect servers running Connect 9.1 through Connect 9.5.3. Even though the patch is labeled 9.5.2C, it can be applied to any Connect version of 9.1.X or higher. Connect 9.5.3 or higher will not need this patch.
The iOS9 patch is ONLY for Adobe Connect servers running Connect version between 9.0 and 9.4.2X. Connect 9.5 and higher does NOT require this patch.
For customers with Connect 9.0 through Connect 9.1.2 use this iOS9 Patch. The patch can be downloaded along with the deployment instructions from here.

Connect 9.6 Off-line Help patch
Starting in Connect 9.6, all help pages will be served from Adobe.com. For on-premise customers that do not have internet access (closed, private or secure networks) or customers that block access to Adobe.com will need to install the Connect 9.6 Off-line Help patch. This will allow users on those networks to access help pages served locally from the Connect server(s). The patch can be downloaded along with the deployment instructions from here.
