Installer doesn't upgrade database | Connect 8

When you upgrade from Adobe Connect 7.5 to Connect 8, the installer doesn't upgrade the database.

The Adobe_Connect_InstallLog sometimes contains the following error:

"CustomOperation:com.adobe.connectpro.install.action.server.DBScriptActionStatus:ERRORAdditional Notes:ERROR-classcom.adobe.connectpro.install.action.server.DBScriptAction.install()UnexpectedFatalError."

Solution

Contact Adobe Connect support for assistance with the scripts that resolve this issue and the sequence in which it's necessary to run the scripts.
