Online albums come in various traditional layouts and designs, and are optimized for viewing images on a web page. The Online Album wizard guides you through the process of adding and arranging media files, applying layout templates, and sharing the files. The Online Album wizard enables you to arrange media files only, you cannot edit them using the wizard.

In Elements Organizer, select the media files you want to include in your online album.

Click Share > Online Album to open the Online Album wizard in Elements Organizer.

Click Create New Album, select a method of sharing the album, and click Next.
You can see the Album Details and the following tabs:
Content tab
You can add and remove media files through the Contents tab.
Sharing tab
You can specify the required options for sharing and saving the album.

(Optional) Select an album category from the drop-down list.

Type a name for your online album.

Click Contents and do any of the following:
To add more media files, select the media files and drag the selected items to the media bin or select the media files and click Add to Media Bin from the task bar.
To remove media files, select the media files in the Items area and click the Trash bin.
To arrange the media files in a specific order, drag the thumbnails in the order that you want them to appear.

Click Sharing to preview the album and specify the options for sharing the online album.
a. (Optional) Select a template from the drop-down list to choose a different album layout template. Double-click the thumbnail of the template to preview your online album with the template applied. The changed template is reflected in the preview window.
b. The preview window also displays the SlideShow Settings dialog to specify the slide show settings. You can specify or change the slide title, subtitle, and background color.

Select an online album template

Click Sharing in the Edit Album or Add New Album pane.

Click a template thumbnail, or select a template from the horizontal list to select a template. Certain templates enable you to add captions.

Double-click the template to preview your online album with the template applied. After finalizing the template, enter a label, and click Done. The label field is valid only for Export to CD/DVD option.
Sharing options for online albums
In the Online Album wizard, you can set the following sharing options:
Photoshop Showcase
(all users except U.S.) Enables you to publish your files in the Adobe Photoshop Services online sharing service. When the Online Album dialog opens, click Upload.
Export To CD/DVD (Windows only)
Enables you to burn your online album files onto a disc for full-screen playback on a computer.
Export To Hard Disk
Enables you to save files to the hard disk.
Export an online album to CD/DVD (Windows only)
After arranging the media files and choosing the template for your online album, decide how to share it. Elements Organizer enables you to burn your online album on a CD or DVD.

Do one of the following:
Click Share > Online Album > Share Existing Album. Select the album, and in the Share To area of the Online Album wizard, select Export To CD/DVD, and click Next.
In the Albums panel, expand Albums. Right-click the album you want to export, and select Export To CD/DVD.

Choose a destination CD-ROM drive, and then type a name for the disc.
If your CD-ROM drive contains a blank CD/DVD, Elements Organizer automatically burns the CD/DVD. If not, Elements Organizer prompts you to insert a blank CD/DVD to complete the process.
Export an online album to the hard disk
After arranging the photos and choosing the template for your online album, decide how to share it. Elements Organizer lets you export your online album to a hard disk.

Do one of the following:
Click Share > Online Album > Share Existing Album. Select the album, and in the Share To area of the Online Album wizard, select Export To Hard Disk, and click Next.
In the Albums panel, expand Albums. Right-click/ctrl-click the album you want to export, and select Export To Hard Disk.

Specify the album name and the destination to save the album.
Editing and deleting albums

Click Albums, and expand Albums. Right-click/ctrl-click the album you want to edit, and click Edit. For example, Edit Anna’s album. Edit the album in the Edit Album pane.

Click Albums, and expand Albums. Right-click/ctrl-click the album you want to delete, and click Delete. For example, Delete Anna’s album.
