What are the price changes for technical communication products?
Starting November 1, 2022, the prices of Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp and Adobe Technical Communication Suite (annual plan – paid monthly, and annual plan – prepaid) will increase in all countries where adobe.com subscription is available.

Why is the price of Technical Communication products changing?
We are constantly making improvements to FrameMaker, RoboHelp and Technical Communication Suite, adding features, and services regularly. As we do so, our plans and prices will change to reflect the value added to your membership. Plans and prices are also adjusted based on local market circumstances, such as changes to local taxes.

The updated pricing will be reflected on your next renewal date on or after November 1, 2022.

Price changes for individual plan purchased on adobe.com are happening for the following products:

Which products are excluded in the price changes?
Prices of FrameMaker Publishing Server and RoboHelp Server are not affected in this price change.
Which countries are included in the price changes?
Price changes are happening for all countries where individual subscription is currently sold for FrameMaker, RoboHelp, and Technical Communication suite.

I wasn't notified of a price change. How do I find out if my price is changing?
You should have received an email from Adobe about changes to your FrameMaker, RoboHelp or Technical Communication Suite subscription. If your plan is included and you haven't received an email from Adobe detailing these changes, you can check the email address associated with your account to confirm where the communication was sent.
