Issue
When you click the Synchronize button after configuring LDAP with Adobe Connect, you receive the following error message:
"Request not processed."
The following error appears in the debug.log file under C:\breeze\logs\support:

Solution
Ensure that the value you enter in the Filter field has no spaces or extra hyphens. Remove any additional hyphen (-) or spaces from the user/group profile mapping.
